Honest, un-moderated, never bought.

Every review on this page comes from a verified Google account left by a real customer who paid for a job we completed. We pull these live from our Google Business Profile every 24 hours — what you read here is exactly what's on Google right now. We don't edit, hide, filter or curate. If a 3-star review came in this morning, you'll see it on the page tomorrow alongside the 5-stars.

We do not offer discounts, freebies or prize draws in exchange for a review — that would breach Google's policy and risk our Business Profile being penalised. We just ask every customer, at the end of every job, the same simple thing: “If you're happy with the work, a 30-second Google review genuinely helps us — and helps your neighbours find a Gas Safe engineer they can trust.” Most do. Punctuality & communication

The single most-mentioned compliment in our reviews is showing up when we said we would. We give a 2-hour arrival window (not "between 8am and 6pm"), call when we're 30 minutes away, and message on the morning of the job to confirm. If we're ever delayed — which does happen on emergency call-outs — we ring you to let you know, not the other way round.

Tidiness & respect for the home

Dust sheets, shoe covers, hoover before we leave, kitchen put back exactly how we found it. Sounds basic, but it's why customers keep mentioning it — because most companies don't bother. We work in your home; we treat it like ours. There's a reason “tidy” and “clean” appear in over a third of our Google reviews.

Transparent, fixed pricing

Quotes are fixed, written, itemised and emailed. No "from £" language, no surprise extras after the job, no daily-rate creep. If we discover something genuinely outside the scope (rare — solid stone walls, asbestos sleeves, blocked main drains) we stop, explain it, get your sign-off in writing before doing anything that affects the price.

Technical expertise

Our engineers diagnose properly. F22 lockout? We'll check expansion vessel pre-charge, system pressure and the auto air vent before throwing a new PCB at it. Boiler kettling? We measure flow rate and inhibitor concentration. Customers notice the difference between a real diagnosis and a guess-and-replace approach — and they tell us so in their reviews.

No upselling, no pressure

We'll tell you what your boiler needs. We won't tell you to replace it if it doesn't. Plenty of our reviews mention us recommending a £180 repair when another company quoted a £3,000 new boiler. That's the right thing to do — and customers remember.

After-care & warranty support

A 12-month workmanship warranty on every job and up to 12-year manufacturer warranties on Worcester Bosch installs — registered for you, by us, at no extra charge. If something goes wrong in years 2, 5 or 10, the same engineer who fitted it is the one who comes back. Many of our 5-star reviews are written years after the original install.
